We are a well-established handyman and remodeling company looking to hire a reliable, experienced Estimator/Sales Representative. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of home repair and remodeling, is confident meeting clients in the field, and knows how to close deals.
This is not an entry-level position. We need a serious professional who understands the industry and can represent our company with integrity and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to assess repair/remodeling needs
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for handyman and renovation projects
- Clearly explain scope of work and pricing to clients
- Follow up with leads and close jobs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful job execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in estimating, sales, or construction field
- Strong knowledge of home improvement services (kitchens, bathrooms, general repairs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and attitude

Compensation:
