Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc.)
- Handle basic to intermediate plumbing (fixtures, faucets, drains, toilets, rough-ins)
- Handle electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, fans, breakers)
- Complete punch lists and small repair jobs
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and communicate clearly with the team
Requirements:
- Experience in residential remodeling (required)
- Plumbing and/or electrical experience (not master level, but confident)
- Own basic tools and have reliable transportation
- Ability to read and follow work orders/instructions
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and punctuality
